We are a company that exhibits at several tradeshows a year and consequently need to book hotel rooms in many cities across the country. When I came across Your Event, I decided to give them a try partly because I was tired of going through Expedia and other "discount" websites and not able to make changes if needed. Right from the beginning, Your Event employees Marilyn, Debbie & Natalie were on the ball and ready to research locations, dates, proximities to convention centers etc. etc. And what was most impressive was when I called with a question; whoever answered the phone was able to answer my question even if she wasn't the one who I had originally spoken with. I am treated as if I'm their only customer - I have their full attention and don't ever feel hurried off the phone. You don't see customer service like this anymore. And the prices!!! I really didn't think anybody could beat Expedia, but Your Event has consistently been the lowest price I've found. I don't even shop around to compare prices anymore because I know Your Event will beat everyone. The attitudes with which these ladies conduct business is also worth mentioning. They are very willing to help and when dates have to be changed, and then changed again; these ladies are upbeat and willing to help.
