Q: How do I book with Your Event?


A: Booking with us is simple, just follow the procedures below:

1. Booking by telephone: Call Your Event at 877-871-4552 and give us your travel information (dates of travel, hotel of choice, number of rooms needed). Your Event will check availability and fax a booking agreement to you. Once you receive the booking agreement, please read all the terms and conditions and fax it back to Your Event with the applicable information.

2. Booking on-line: Rates found on our website are only available on-line. Go to the Book Online page and follow the instructions for booking. You will immediately receive a voucher and receipt from Your Event via email after you have booked on-line.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation?

A: Yes, for every reservation Your Event takes, either by phone or on-line, we will either fax or e-mail a confirmation to you.

Q: What are the accepted forms of payment?


A: Your Event will accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Company checks are accepted when arrangements are made in advance. Your Event must receive all payments in order for your travel documents to be released.

Q: How and when are my travel documents mailed?


A: Travel documents are faxed to the customer approximately three weeks before the date of travel. If a booking is made within twenty-one days of travel, the documents will be faxed along with the confirmation.

Q: Do I need my travel documents to check in at the hotel?


A: Yes, you must present your travel vouchers when checking in as proof of your paid reservation.

Q: My documents are incorrect, what should I do?


A: If you have received incorrect documents, we sincerely apologize for the error. In order for us to correct the situation, click here to contact us. Tell us your company name, your confirmation number, and the error in your documents. After researching the problem, we will fax the corrected documents to you.

Q: What are the hotel taxes and service charges?


A: Room tax per day varies by state, county and city and is added to the quote at the time of booking. Occupancy tax per day varies as well and is also included. Resort fees are additional, if applicable at the hotel; if applicable, the hotel collects bellman/portage charges in/out as well.

Q: Is there a charge for changes in reservations?


A: Change fees differ depending on the location where the reservation is booked. The change fees will be stated on the booking agreement.

*Please note that reservations booked on-line can only be cancelled and re-booked; no other changes are allowed.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?


A: Your Event has a standard cancellation policy that is explained in each booking agreement. If you booked your reservation through our website, the cancellation policy is explained under 'Terms and Conditions' on the Book Online page.

Q: I am due a refund, how do I obtain it?


A: You may either fax your request to us at 877-880-0907 or mail it in writing with supporting documentation (such as a check-out bill) which shows that you are due a refund, to:

Q: I submitted for a refund, when will I receive it?


A: Refunds are processed after travel has been completed. Please allow up to four weeks after your dates of travel to receive the refund. If at the end of four weeks you have not received your refund, please call us at (877) 871-4552.
